Solve your life

Your personality as a 'thing' does not exist, it is a small part of your mental capacity which you have chosen to use for a specific focus of attention and uphold a series of what seem logical things (should you stop this completely, then you would not experience your personality). Occasions or situations which catch his attention usually get priority, and otherwise it is likely that the personality thinking process becomes more prominent in your awareness.

Your personality is not a continuous state of being, and needs to create experiences out of all kinds of separate elements, to be able to maintain himself. One of the things which automatically follows from this, is that almost everything you do (or do not do) simply nééds to have a meaning, since your personality needs a great amount of input in order to be able to manifest himself 24 hours a day, and meaning means: work for him. So before you know it, even up to the smallest of events are given meaning, are being reviewed mentally etc., all in the service of avoiding to almost every expense what your personality fears most: silence and doing nothing (since he simply does not exist during those moments).

Since your personality focuses especially on aspects of your life that are limited in time and judges these, you find yourself very busy 'managing' your life: judge as many situations as possible and label them as positive as possible. This for example takes away a great deal of the spontaneity of any contact: it has to 'lead to' something, e.g. nice, pleasant, success, a solution, advance, being seen as a nice person, etc. And the only thing which can happen, according to this logic, is that things are better or worse than expected.

When you live more through your inner Self, things can simply háppen, without having to mean anything, or without having to serve a goal which is more or less consciously set in advance. Any situation is good in itself, since it can contribute to an increasing awareness of your inner Self. Situations will evolve, and you will or will not play a part in them, or will be the observer for a while. Each of these roles offers its own possibilities for increasing Awareness. And the more you learn to trust your inner Self, the more you will understand that all you need to do is simply lean back, since you fully understand that not only the inspiration which is meant for you, cannot escape your notice - which is valid for everybody else as well - but that you also do not have to do or experience 'meaningful' things according to the preferences of your personality.
